Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days within the EU.

Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable courier services that provide tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to follow its progress through a tracking link sent via email.

Customs Duties & Taxes

As we only ship within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes are expected.
We are a small business operating under the Italian “regime forfettario” and do not charge VAT on purchases.
