Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Please note:
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@corsa-undici.com so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
